Flight 93 National Memorial Tour

On September 24, 2002, little more than a year after a United Airlines plane was hijacked by terrorists and crashed into a field in Somerset County, PA, the U.S. Congress passed an act establishing a memorial at the crash site, designating it the final resting place of the flight’s passengers and crew.

Interpreted Tour of the 1889 Flood

To commemorate the 135th Anniversary of the 1889 Johnstown Flood, join JAHA and the National Park Service on a bus tour tracing the flood’s path. Park Rangers Doug Bosley and Greg Zaborowski will be your guides as you travel from South Fork to Johnstown and meet important flood figures on the way, including Victor Heiser, Horace Rose, Clara Barton, and others telling the story of the flood as they experienced it.

Wayne's Fourth Sub-Legion Drill Day

Come to Woodville for a unique experience of 18th century military camp life. Join the soldiers of Wayne's Fourth Sub-Legion, the first Army of the United States, as they set up camp and practice the Von Steuben military drill manual of 1794. Other activities include an encampment, musket firing demonstration, military music, and camp cooking demonstrations.
